1. Service

Nambarone.lol is a public digital advertising billboard for Instagram and YouTube creator profiles. A paid placement amount determines the order of placements on All-time and, for twenty-four hours, on Today.

Nambarone advertises creator profiles only. A billboard listing displays limited profile information: the creator's profile picture, handle or name, the relevant Instagram or YouTube profile link, and click counts generated through Nambarone.

2. Payments

Amounts are denominated in Indian rupees. The minimum advertising placement amount is ₹40. A charge is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout after the order is confirmed. Refunds and eligible payment issues are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Creator profiles and advertising

A placement may be purchased by a creator, fan, brand, or other advertiser. By submitting a profile, you must not knowingly use Nambarone to advertise a profile for an unlawful, deceptive, impersonating, or otherwise prohibited purpose, and you must not falsely imply affiliation with or endorsement by the creator.

Nambarone does not publish or host creator claims, products, services, endorsements, or promotional copy. Content, claims, products, services, and other material available after following an Instagram or YouTube link remain on the respective third-party platform and account and are provided by those third parties, not by Nambarone.

We may refuse, suspend, or remove a placement that violates these Terms, applicable law, or creates a material legal, safety, fraud, or platform-policy concern.

4. Prohibited profiles and use

Nambarone may not be used to promote or direct users to profiles or content involving unlawful activities, fraud, scams, gambling or betting, illegal drugs, prohibited goods or services, terrorism or extremist activities, or any other use prohibited by applicable law.

Nambarone reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove any placement that violates these Terms or applicable law. Removal of a placement does not create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law or our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. No endorsement or guarantee

A billboard placement is advertising space and is not an endorsement, verification, certification, or approval by Nambarone of the creator, account, content, products, services, or claims associated with that profile.

Nambarone does not guarantee followers, views, likes, subscribers, engagement, sales, or growth on Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform.

6. No betting or prizes

Nambarone is a digital advertising placement service for creators. It does not involve betting or wagering and does not offer cash prizes or chance-based monetary rewards. Your payment is for the public advertising placement assigned to the submitted creator profile.

7. Click counts

Nambarone may count visits or clicks from its billboard to a listed creator profile. Click counts are provided as site-generated statistics and are not guaranteed to represent unique people or activity recorded by Instagram or YouTube.

8. Law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to applicable law and any non-waivable consumer rights.
