Refund & Cancellation

1. Successful claims

A successful payment that results in the requested creator billboard placement being assigned is generally not cancellable merely because another creator later claims a higher billboard position. A later placement change is part of how the public billboard works and does not by itself create a refund entitlement.

2. Failed or incomplete payments

If your account is debited but Nambarone does not receive a successful payment confirmation and no claim is assigned, the transaction will be reviewed and any eligible amount will be reconciled or refunded through the payment provider.

3. Duplicate payments

If the same claim is accidentally charged more than once, the duplicate charge will be reviewed for refund.

4. Technical errors

If a payment is successfully confirmed but a technical error prevents the purchased claim from being delivered, contact us promptly so we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide the claim or arrange a refund.

5. Abuse, fraud and prohibited activity

Transactions connected to fraud, payment abuse, impersonation, unlawful activity, or violations of our Terms may be held for review and may be subject to action by Nambarone and the payment provider.

6. How to contact us

Email b.vagh123@gmail.com with your payment reference, date, amount and the creator handle involved. Do not send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or other payment credentials.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
